Camden, NJ WW/Press/October 21, 2019 –Michelle McArdle-Flores, Teacher with Thomas H. Dudley Family School was selected for inclusion into the Top Educators of America 2019-2020 by The Who’s Who Directories.
Michelle McArdle-Flores is a Special Education teacher for students with Autism at Thomas H. Dudley Family School. Ms. McArdle-Flores secret to success is that she goes the extra mile for her students. She continually attends autism conferences that help her improve the quality of her students’ learning experience. Ms. McArdle-Flores also actively uses ‘Donors Choose’ which is a nonprofit organization that allows individuals to donate directly to public school classroom projects. Through this nonprofit she is able to obtain much needed resource for her students. Additionally she runs the South Jersey Epilepsy Support Group.
Ms. Flores graduated from Rutgers University with a B. A. in Childhood Studies (Prep Program). She is enrolled at Wilmington University and will receive a Masters in Special Education in May 2020. Ms. Flores is a member of NJEA, the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET) and Sonic Limeades for Learning Teacher.
Ms. Flores is recipient of the Karen Beck Academic Scholarship for Community Involvement with Special Needs.
Ms. Flores is the proud parent of a son with Epilepsy.
