Johnstown, PA/Press/December 16, 2019 – Morgan Dugan, Professor with Pennsylvania Highlands Community College was selected for inclusion into the Top Educators of America 2019-2020 by The Who’s Who Directories.

Ms. Morgan Dugan is in her first year of teaching Early Childhood Education at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College. She has been in the field of education for 12 years with the Greater Johnstown School District. Before joining PHCC, Ms. Dugan has had many positions as an educator, she was a teacher’s assistant, substitute teacher, has done curriculum writing and instruction for mathematics, a kindergarten teacher and first grade teacher. On campus she is known as a wonderful professor of Early Childhood Education, who truly cares about her student’s success. Ms. Dugan is always willing to learn, as well as educate and be open minded.
Ms. Dugan has a Masters of Education (MED) MASTERS OF EDUCATION from Saint Francis University (2008 – 2009), Bachelor of Science Degree – Elementary Education (K-6) from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (2001 – 2006) and PECT Certified in Early Childhood Education. She is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success – Sigma Alpha Pi, National Scholastic Honor Society – Delta Epsilon Sigma, Community Connections Committee. She volunteers for Mcteacher night and the Tomahawks. Ms. Dugan is into Health and Fitness, she does Yoga, has ran three half and two full marathons, knows sign language, and loves writing and art. Ms. Dugan also participates in faith based activities.
