Dorchester, MA WW/Press/December 12, 2019 – Jeannine Dykens, Teacher with Jeremiah E. Burke High School was selected for inclusion into the Top Educators of America 2019-2020 by The Who’s Who Directories.
Ms. Dykens is a Special Ed teacher at Jeremiah E. Burke High School for 2 years and has been in the field of education for 7 years. Ms. Dyken treats her students as if they were like her own. Children who are challenged academically might be a problem for some teachers, but not to Ms. Dykens as she is always there to help her students with their lessons. Her love and tenderness for them shows that she wants them to succeed. Ms. Dykens says that she listens to the parent’s concerns for their children and tries to meet them in the middle. She adds, her experience as a parent has helped her be a better teacher.
Ms. Dykens received a Masters in Education and a Bachelors in Human Service from Cambridge College. In addition, she received an ABA Certificate in Behavioral Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
