Lorie Bagley leads the Foods and Nutrition Department for 7th – 12th grades at Mt. Whitney High School since 2005. She is also the head of the Family & Consumer Studies Department. Mrs. Bagley oversees the Lunchbox Bistro, the Food Service and Hospitality on campus restaurant and Baking and Pastry. Her classes will enable students to live independently, prepare and plan meals, be aware of their nutritional needs, and develop entry level job skills necessary to succeed in today’s society. Mrs. Bagley likes to get kids involved and excited to learn a new skill in cooking. She is known to students as a wonderful cooking teacher and an inspiration to all! She is very helpful, kind, considerate and loving.
Mrs. Bagley received a Bachelor of Arts from Cal State Fresno- Home Economics Culinary Arts. She was honored with a Crystal Apple Award at her local church for being a top teacher in her profession.
